Data controller

Genius at work Services, to be completed. Contact: contact@genius-at-work.com.

Data we collect

The site only collects personal data when you send the contact form:

• your name and e-mail address;
• your phone number and organisation, if you choose to provide them;
• the content of your request: project type, message, timeline (optional);
• the site language, the page you wrote from and the date of your consent.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and to follow up on any business relationship that may result. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for automated marketing.

Abuse protection

To block bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only at the last step of the contact form. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare for this check.

To limit the number of submissions (5 per hour, 20 per day), a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for up to 24 hours. Your IP address is not stored with your request.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the Genius At Work team in charge of answering requests, in Madagascar. It is processed by our technical providers: the host of the site and its database, Cloudflare (site delivery and bot protection) and our e-mail delivery provider.

Retention

Your request is kept for 3 years from our last exchange. After that, it is automatically anonymised: name, e-mail, phone, organisation and message are erased.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It does not store any preference in your browser.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to contact@genius-at-work.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
